The Fourth Space
Theroomwherecultureismade,openedtothepublic.
Inaugural honoree: Janet Jackson. Faena Forum, Miami Beach. Art Week 2026. An open daytime exhibit, a 100-seat private dinner, and a 1,000-seat evening programme built around one icon.
The Invitation
Onceayear,webuildaroomthatnormallydoesnotexist.
People move between three spaces: home, work, and community. There is a fourth. It is the room where culture is actually decided — where the record gets made, the look gets chosen, the career gets changed. Almost nobody gets inside it, and it has never been open to the public. That is the room we are building.
And this is not a one-off. The Fourth Space is built to return every year with a new honoree. Founding partners take their category now, at first-edition pricing, with the right to hold it as the platform grows.
The Format
Twodays.Threerooms.
But the two days in Miami are just part of what a partner buys into. The activation runs as a three-month cultural campaign — a silent art installation, a mystery reveal, a physical magazine, a docuseries, and a creator roster deployed as one unit.

AXCS
Pronounced 'access'. The membership key and credential system. One Key, Many Doors. How people apply, are approved, and admitted.
The Door
A fifteen-foot chrome door on Miami Beach with LED screens on both faces. It arrives with no announcement, sits dormant for days, then activates. Its only job is to be seen and photographed.
The Drive
The automotive partnership in three parts: transport (the vehicles move talent across Art Week), sculpture (an artist-customised vehicle at the threshold), and in-drive (an on-site experience guests actually get into).
The Creator Roster
Highly influential creators briefed and deployed as a single unit — dressed, moved, hosted and documented together. This is why creator-led campaigns appear in nearly every tier.

Sainted
Two things under one name. Sainted Magazine is a limited physical special edition built around each honoree. The Sainted docuseries is the filmed making-of how The Fourth Space is built, who is in it, and what happens in the room.
Café Citizen
The daytime room — coffee, conversation and discovery, open before the programme begins.
Citizens Lounge: The Velvet Rope After Dark
Closes the event, running from 10pm with global superstar DJs Black Coffee or Kaytranada.
The Fourth Space
The activation itself: the room where culture is made, opened to the public once a year. An open daytime exhibit (5,000 guests), a 100-seat VIP private launch dinner, and a 1,000-seat ticketed evening programme.

Inaugural Honoree
JanetJackson.
Each edition centres on one cultural figure. The evening includes A Conversation with the honoree and The Saints Icon Award— an award owned by Saint & Citizen, not borrowed from anyone. The honoree changes every year. The format does not.
The Nine
Everycategorysoldonce.
Where a tier is taken, it is closed for the edition. Founding partners take their category at first-edition pricing, with the right to hold it as the platform grows.

Presenting Partner
Full AXCS

The Partnership Includes
- Title presence across the activation
- A custom hero build-out within The Fourth Space
- Headline branding across all promotional assets
- Presenting ownership of The AXCS Key installation in Miami
- Four creator-led campaigns
- A lead feature in the Sainted docuseries documenting the making of The Fourth Space
Why This Category
Every icon is made in a room most people never see. For two days, we make that room visible. The presenting partner is not in the room. They are the reason it opened.
The Moment You Own
The threshold. The chrome door carries your name before it carries anyone else’s — including ours.
Where It Travels
Named from the September tease. Present on The AXCS Key throughout its Miami run. On the Janet reveal in November. Across both days at Faena. The lead thread of the docuseries. The closing page of the Sainted special edition.
Exclusivity & Term
Sole presenting partner. Category locked across all Fourth Space IP. First right of refusal on the second honoree.

How We Work
Wedonotstageevents.Werunaloop.
Every room we build runs the same five stages, in the same order. It is the reason our properties compound instead of evaporating the morning after.
1.Whisper
Something enters the world that gives people a question rather than an answer. The room is built before it is announced.
2.Invite
The door opens, and not everyone gets one. Access becomes real, limited and named.
3.Announce
Attention becomes seats. The only stage with a number attached, and it works because the invitation came first.
4.The Room
December. The one stage that cannot be redone. It is lived in first and filmed second.
5.The Recap
We prove it happened, say what it meant, and ask the question that opens the next one.
Partners are integrated from the September build. The earlier a category closes, the more of the story a brand appears in.

Where You Enter
YouenterattheInvite.
Not at the announcement, and not on the night. Partners are in the room before the room is public.
2. Invite
YOU ENTER
Your category closes behind you. One brand, one position, protected for the entire run. You are in before it is public.
3. Announce
YOUR CATEGORY IS NAMED
The announcement carries you. Attention becomes seats, and your position is visible from the first surface anyone sees.
4. The Room
YOUR PEOPLE IN IT
December. Your guests, your build, your moment inside the narrative. The room is where the promise is tested.
5. Recap
THE PROOF ARRIVES
A contractual asset with a date on it. Stories, media and rights designed to keep working long after the doors close.
Four of the five stages are yours. The only one that is not is the one where we earn the right to invite you.
Taking a Category
Thedoorisopen.
Categories are allocated on a first-commitment basis and close as they are taken. Custom and cross-category structures can be built where a brand's ambition does not fit a single tier.
Confirmed partners are integrated into the campaign from the September build, which means the earlier a category closes, the more of the story a brand appears in.
